Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and personable Host to join our front-of-house team. The Host will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly as they enter and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable seating process. This role is integral to balancing the flow of the restaurant, managing seating rotations to avoid overburdening servers and enhancing the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess an energetic personality and exceptional customer service skills, able to answer menu-related questions, inform guests of daily specials, and assist with To Go orders when required.

In addition to greeting and seating guests, the Host will be attentive to the restaurant's front-of-house atmosphere, maintaining appropriate lighting, music volume, and cleanliness. This role demands excellent communication, an ability to multitask, and a friendly, professional demeanor. The Host also follows up with guests as they exit, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging them to return. Responsibilities extend to basic tasks supporting the team, such as busing tables, restocking beverages, and assisting with maintaining cleanliness standards. Job Qualifications

  • Team player with multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Greets guests immediately upon arrival
  • Controls restaurant seating flow
