The company is currently seeking a motivated and personable individual to join their dynamic team in the role of a backserver. This position uniquely blends the responsibilities of host, busser, and food runner, and is essential for delivering a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. As a backserver, the employee's primary duties will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, watering, bussing and resetting tables promptly to ensure the dining area remains clean and welcoming. In addition, the role involves running food items efficiently from the two kitchens to the dining room, assisting servers and other staff members during busy service periods, and putting away clean dishes to maintain orderly operations.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working in a full-service restaurant, demonstrating their ability to perform well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This part-time position requires availability for 2-3 shifts per week including weekend brunch, weekend dinner, and weeknight dinner shifts, with weekend availability being mandatory.
