The company is currently seeking a Part-Time Host/Hostess to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in facilitating seamless interactions between residents and the dining experience, acting as both the front of house and assisting with back of house operations. The position requires flexibility and a willingness to perform various duties as needed to support the smooth functioning of the dining room. The ideal candidate will maintain a calm and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment while upholding the standards that reflect the Latitude Margaritaville lifestyle.

As a Host/Hostess, the individual will be responsible for greeting guests, managing table arrangements, and ensuring that dining areas are prepared and maintained to create a pleasant atmosphere. This role also involves assisting as a busser and food runner when required, which means setting tables, clearing dishes, refilling water glasses, and supporting wait staff and bartenders by delivering food and attending to residents’ needs. Candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not mandatory.

The position is part-time, offering 20 to 29 hours weekly with a competitive wage of $16.00 per hour. Weekend and holiday availability is required, as well as the flexibility to work open schedules to meet the operational demands.
