Job Requirements
- At least one year experience working in a casual or fine dining environment
- Current OLCC and Food Handler Certifications at time of hire
- Maintains a professional attitude and appearance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Positive attitude
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Adhere to set policies and procedures
- Treats all guests in a manner to ensure guest satisfaction and strives to exceed guests' expectations
- Utilize strong communication skills while maintaining a constant and up-to-date vision of the restaurant
- Proactively approach set, pre-bus, bus, clear, and re-set tables
- Manage front of house organization including front desk, entry way, and outside entry way
- Maintain running knowledge of retail products
- Complete on-going and shift side work duties
- Perform Brand Ambassador duties including working on or offsite sampling events
- Perform other duties as directed
