The position also entails operational tasks such as maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, processing credit card transactions accurately, and performing side work during slower periods. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must clearly speak and write English
- Required to work flexible shifts and schedules including weekends and some holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds
- Required to purchase appropriate uniform upon hiring
- Required to stand, walk, lift, climb stairs and bend for long periods of time
- Must be able to change kegs out when necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service roles advantageous
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle money and process credit card transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Welcome and seat guests in a manner consistent with company standards
- Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities accurately and in a friendly manner
- Develop relationships with guests to ensure repeat business
- Communicate effectively with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure all guests have a positive and memorable experience at the establishment
- Identify food orders when ready and deliver items timely to tables
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area
