Job Requirements

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
  • detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines and standards
  • lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs
  • stand and walk for extended periods
  • bend, stoop, and reach to access various areas and items
  • work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly
  • manage reservation system and maintain guest waitlists
  • coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover
  • communicate guest needs and preferences to serving staff
  • maintain a clean and organized host station
  • assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • respond efficiently to guest requests and concerns
