Job Duties
- Be the welcome face of the restaurant by giving a positive and uplifting first and last impression to guests both in person and on the phone
- Provide guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business
- Facilitate top-notch service in the restaurant with accurate communication about waitlist quotes and efficient flow of guests through their dining experience
- Manage efficient and timely seating of guests
- Answer phone calls and handle reservations and to-go orders
- Be knowledgeable of all brand-related restaurant information such as happy hour details or limited time offers
