As a Vibe Setter, you will be responsible for greeting and entertaining guests in a warm, inviting manner that sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. Your role will include managing the efficient seating of guests, handling reservations, answering phone inquiries, and coordinating to-go orders with professionalism and care. Job Requirements

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification as required by state law
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
  • Must be able to read write and speak in English
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Be the welcome face of the restaurant by giving a positive and uplifting first and last impression to guests both in person and on the phone
  • Provide guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business
  • Facilitate top-notch service in the restaurant with accurate communication about waitlist quotes and efficient flow of guests through their dining experience
  • Manage efficient and timely seating of guests
  • Answer phone calls and handle reservations and to-go orders
  • Be knowledgeable of all brand-related restaurant information such as happy hour details or limited time offers
