Job Requirements
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English
- Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Being the welcome face of our restaurant by giving a positive and uplifting first and last impression to our guests, both in person and on the phone
- Providing our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business
- Facilitate top-notch service in the restaurant with accurate communication with wait list quotes and efficient flow of guests through their dining experience
- Being knowledgeable of all brand-related restaurant information, e.g. happy hour details or limited time offers
