Job Requirements

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification as required by state law
Able to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and lift at least 50 pounds
Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must have reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Valid food and alcohol certification or ability to obtain
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency with technology for scheduling and communication

Job Duties

Welcome and entertain guests in a warm and friendly manner to create a positive first impression
Manage efficient and timely seating of guests
Answer phones and handle call-ahead seating and reservations
Respond to guest inquiries and manage to-go orders
Facilitate accurate communication with wait staff and ensure smooth guest flow
Maintain knowledge of brand promotions and restaurant information
Provide a high level of customer service to encourage new and repeat business
