We are currently seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and high-energy Hosts, Hostesses, and To-Go Specialists to join our team. These roles are vital in creating the first impression for every guest who walks into our restaurants or places a To-Go order. You will manage the waitlist, coordinate seating arrangements, and communicate guest needs and concerns to managers to ensure satisfaction. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or over
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food
- No prior experience necessary
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work flexible part-time schedule
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Give a warm welcome to every guest
- Manage the wait list
- Communicate guest concerns to the manager as appropriate
- Answer telephone within three rings, direct calls and assist guests with placing To-Go orders
- Help fellow team members when appropriate
- Operate POS system for transactions
- Enter orders in proper sequence
- Have knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to guests
- Ensure an exceptional To-Go experience for every guest
