Job Requirements
- Part-time availability with mandatory weekend availability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, distracting environment
- Ability to communicate accurately and effectively with customers
- Ability to distinguish different tastes such as sweet and bitter
- Ability to maneuver about inside the restaurant and operate restaurant equipment
- Ability to ascend or descend ladders or stairs

Job Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience working in high-volume and/or guest-facing food service preferred
- Working knowledge and/or exposure to dining room and service standards, procedures, and functions
Job Duties
- Working as a team with FOH and BOH to ensure consistent and timely experience for guests through customer service and food quality
- Actively assisting fellow team members in meeting the needs of guests
- Following company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards
- Continued education surrounding Japanese cuisine and beverages
- Additional duties may apply specific to each position
