Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival providing a positive first impression of the establishment
- Manage the seating chart and waitlist to optimize table turnover and minimize guest wait times

- Answer phone calls to take reservations provide information about the menu or services and handle guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area to ensure a professional appearance
