The Host acts as the first point of contact for all restaurant guests, coordinating seating arrangements to optimize the dining flow and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Host must demonstrate leadership and teamwork while communicating clearly, fostering a safe and respectful workplace environment free of harassment. An understanding of sanitary and safe food handling practices is mandatory to protect consumer health and uphold the brewery's standards.

This full-time or part-time position is hourly and non-exempt, requiring a minimum of six months of relevant experience and a current Food Handlers Permit. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18/21 years old. Physical and mental strength and endurance are necessary to perform duties in sometimes demanding environments, including the ability to lift 10-25 pounds frequently and engage in activities such as standing, walking, climbing, and other physical motions. Working nights, weekends, and holidays will be expected, highlighting the need for flexibility. Salt Lake Brewing Co LC is committed to evolving its business to meet the needs of its customers and employees, and the Host may be assigned additional duties as required.
