The role being offered is an hourly, non-exempt Servers Assistant position paying $16.90 per hour plus tips, ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic and engaging workplace that values team collaboration and guest satisfaction. As a Servers Assistant at this establishment, the successful candidate will perform a variety of duties aimed at supporting the front-of-house operations. This includes making memorable first and last impressions by greeting guests with a smile, seating them efficiently, and assisting servers with food and beverage service. The Servers Assistant plays an essential part in delivering a seamless and AUS-SOME dining experience by ensuring the dining environment is clean, welcoming, and meets safety and sanitation standards.

This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and exhibit professionalism at all times. Physical demands such as lifting up to 30 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and working in variable temperature conditions are part of the daily routine. The Servers Assistant role also involves a general knowledge of the menu to assist with recommendations and upselling. Applicants based in California will need to complete the Responsible Beverage Service Certification within 60 days of employment. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
