Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy
- strong verbal communication skills
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be a team player
- basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage phone calls and take reservations accurately
- maintain an organized and up-to-date wait list
- seat guests efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- bid farewell to guests ensuring a positive final impression
- collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow
- assist with general cleaning and preparation tasks as needed
