Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math skills for payment processing

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience
  • Effectively assign servers to sections
  • Manage reservations
  • Assign guests to tables
  • Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete side work and cleaning tasks
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment
  • Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • Accurately answer guest questions
  • Process all payment methods
  • Perform other duties as assigned
