Job Requirements

  • High work ethic and self-initiative
  • Previous experience as a Concierge or experience with local events
  • Proven customer service skills including resourcefulness and creativity
  • Strong verbal and written business communication skills
  • Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment
  • Prolonged sitting and computer work for 6-8 hours daily
  • Occasional standing and walking during the workday
  • Frequent use of fine motor skills for keyboarding, writing, and operating office equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items
  • Ability to lift or move 10-25 pounds as needed
  • Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials with close focus and color differentiation
  • Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings using phone or headset
  • Reasonable accommodations for disabilities may be provided

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Create incredible memories for guests
  • Build local contacts and stay informed on local area events, both immediate and long-term, to provide accurate information to guests
  • Provide and recommend attractions, services, and Instagrammable spots in the hotel and surrounding area
  • Stay updated on hotel services and local amenities
  • Influence and guide guests to use amenities and services
  • Ensure the Concierge lounge is inviting and clean
  • Provide food and beverage services, ensuring quality and presentation
  • Mix drinks for guests while complying with applicable laws and responsible alcohol service
