Job Requirements

High work ethic and self-initiative
Previous experience as a Concierge or experience with local events
Proven customer service skills including resourcefulness and creativity
Strong verbal and written business communication skills
Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a standard office environment
Prolonged sitting and computer work for 6-8 hours daily
Occasional standing and walking during the workday
Frequent use of fine motor skills for keyboarding, writing, and operating office equipment
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items
Ability to lift or move 10-25 pounds as needed
Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials with close focus and color differentiation
Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings using phone or headset

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a Concierge or prior experience with local events

Job Duties

Create incredible memories for guests
Build local contacts and stay informed on local area events, both immediate and long-term, to provide accurate information to guests
Provide and recommend attractions, services, and Instagrammable spots in the hotel and surrounding area
Stay updated on hotel services and local amenities
Influence and guide guests to use amenities and services
Ensure the Concierge lounge is inviting and clean
Provide food and beverage services, ensuring quality and presentation
Mix drinks for guests while complying with applicable laws and responsible alcohol service
