Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Seat guests according to availability and preference
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Provide guests with menus and information about specials
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
