Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- professional appearance and positive attitude
- ability to multitask stay organized and manage guest expectations
- comfort using reservation and seating systems such as opentable or similar
- ability and willingness to work a varied and flexible schedule including weekends days nights and holidays
- must tolerate prolonged periods of standing walking occasional kneeling bending and stooping
- must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed to carry trays of food
- ability to bend reach and move quickly in a high-traffic environment
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
- must tolerate exposure to cleaning solutions

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly professional and welcoming attitude
- manage reservations waitlists and seating assignments to ensure smooth restaurant flow
- escort guests to tables and provide menus as needed
- communicate accurate wait times and provide updates to guests in a courteous manner
- coordinate with servers bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure efficient seating and service timing
- answer incoming phone calls provide restaurant information and assist with reservations or inquiries
- utilize online reservation tools to accept and modify guest reservations
