Job Description
Delaware North's Patina Group is a renowned hospitality entity known for operating prestigious venues across the United States. Among its many distinguished properties is Patina 250 in Buffalo, New York, a restaurant that marries the authentic tastes of Western New York with a refined dining atmosphere. Situated within The Westin Buffalo, Patina 250 boasts a welcoming environment enriched by local artists' works, including paintings, intricate light fixtures, and sculptural wall installations. This unique blend of art and cuisine creates an inviting space where guests can enjoy everything from drinks and shared plates to full dining experiences. Delaware North itself is a family-owned global company with over a century of history, highly invested in creating exceptional guest experiences through its diverse operations in sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, gaming, retail, and restaurants.
Delaware North is currently seeking part-time Hosts to join its team at Patina 250. This role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding guest experience by welcoming patrons and efficiently managing the host station. Hosts serve as the first point of contact for restaurant guests, setting the tone for their visit by managing seating arrangements, controlling wait times, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. This position offers the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and supportive environment where employees can develop their skills and grow within a well-established hospitality company. The hourly pay ranges between $17.00 to $19.00, not including potential tipped earnings, reflecting the value placed on this customer-facing role. Delaware North supports its team members with comprehensive benefits, including weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules, all designed to promote both personal and professional well-being. Working as a Host at Patina 250 means being part of a global legacy that values inclusivity, career advancement, and the creation of memorable experiences for guests. If you are enthusiastic about hospitality, enjoy engaging with people, and thrive in dynamic environments, this role offers a rewarding pathway to join a vibrant team dedicated to hospitality excellence.
