Job Requirements
- Must be available to work Mondays and Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- additional hours may be available when the current host is on vacation or during peak times
- strong communication skills

Job Qualifications
- A warm, outgoing personality with the ability to connect authentically with guests
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- professional and kind phone etiquette and communication skills
- ability to stay calm and thoughtful in high-pressure situations
- a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork and guest service
- previous hosting or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- physical ability to carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs)
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive
- provide menus and share information about current promotions with enthusiasm
- handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met
- manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, communicating accurate wait times when needed
- organize and maintain takeout orders to ensure they are accurate and timely
- keep the host stand neat, tidy, and presentable as a reflection of our welcoming environment
- maintain the cleanliness of restrooms to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for guests
- assist in keeping the restaurant organized and running smoothly, supporting team members as needed
- answer phones with kindness and professionalism, providing assistance to guest inquiries
- take to-go orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
- remain calm and composed under pressure, fostering a positive and supportive team dynamic
- proactively contribute to the success of the team and the restaurant's operations
