Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
