The Chophouse Host is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring guests are comfortably seated while explaining daily specials and promotions. The position requires a friendly, courteous, and professional approach to service, contributing to a superior level of guest satisfaction. The host will work closely with servers and kitchen staff, coordinating orders through the Point of Sale system, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.
