The seasonal Host position at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa, operating from June 2026 through mid-January 2027, presents an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to launch or grow their careers in the hospitality industry. This role is essential in setting the tone for guests' visits, serving as the first and last point of contact in the restaurant area. The Host's primary role involves greeting guests upon arrival, managing dining room flow, estimating wait times, and supporting the service team to provide memorable hospitality experiences. Compensation for this role is $16.90 per hour, valued fairly by the company based on skills, experience, certifications, and location.
