The role of the Restaurant Host at Summer on Music Lane is an integral position responsible for the warm reception and seating of patrons, ensuring an efficient and welcoming dining environment. The Restaurant Host is the first point of contact for guests, playing a crucial role in shaping their overall experience by greeting them, managing seating arrangements in both the dining area and lounge, and maintaining constant communication with kitchen staff, management, and serving personnel. The successful candidate will also be involved in managing dining reservations, handling guest inquiries, addressing any concerns, and promoting the restaurant's specialties and features.
