Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table and arranging seating
- Pull out chairs and place clean or current menus in front of guests
- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide needed assistance
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for special needs groups
- Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins and clean silverware
- Check menus to ensure cleanliness and currency
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and practice clean-as-you-go procedures
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, safety, and guest wellbeing
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report any incidents
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Use clear and professional language when speaking and answering phones
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
