Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, or push objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to follow safety and security policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Seat guests by finding clean and available tables
- Pull out chairs and place clean/current menus in front of guests
- Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for special needs groups
- Ensure place settings are appropriate and guests have clean silverware and napkins
- Check menus to ensure they are clean, current, plentiful, and wrinkle-free
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and practice clean-as-you-go procedures
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report incidents
- Ensure personal appearance and uniform are clean and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests using company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff
- Support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
