Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • no prior work experience required but preferred in related food service settings
  • no supervisory experience needed
  • no licenses or certifications required
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • willingness to comply with all company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet guests and determine group sizes
  • guide guests to clean and available tables
  • arrange tables, chairs, and utensils for guests including special needs groups
  • ensure menus are updated, clean, and in good condition
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • monitor seating availability, guest service, safety, and well-being in dining areas
  • communicate professionally with guests and team members
