- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
- Pull out chairs and place clean/current menu in front of guest
- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide needed assistance
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for groups with special needs
- Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins and clean silverware
- Check menus for cleanliness and availability
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas practicing clean-as-you-go
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome guests according to company standards
- Use clear and professional language
- Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- Develop positive working relationships
