Job Description

Atlantikos, located at 9703 Collins Ave, Bal Harbour, Florida, is an esteemed dining establishment that exemplifies luxury and sophisticated culinary experiences. Situated in an area known for its exquisite offerings, Atlantikos integrates authentic flavors and exceptional service to provide guests with a memorable dining adventure. As part of the vibrant food and beverage community, Atlantikos places a significant emphasis on quality, guest satisfaction, and professionalism. This full-time, non-management position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, who thrive in dynamic and high standards environments, and who are eager to contribute to the seamless operation of a refined restaurant setting.

The role focuses on the essential function of greeting and seating guests while ensuring that the atmosphere of the dining area is welcoming, organized, and in accordance with the brand’s renowned standards. Employees in this position will be responsible for guiding guests to their tables, managing seating arrangements for groups with special needs, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the dining room. A strong emphasis is placed on attention to detail, from the correct placement of napkins and silverware to the careful inspection of menus to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

This position requires a proactive individual who is committed to upholding company policies related to safety, professionalism, and guest service. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with team members and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Responsibility for monitoring the dining area for seating availability, guest safety, and general well-being is a critical component of the role. The employee will support team goals and maintain a positive work environment conducive to delivering the high standards that define the Atlantikos experience.

Employees in this non-management role are expected to develop a strong understanding of the service standards and quality expectations that are synonymous with luxury hospitality services. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who may be new to the hospitality industry, as no prior work or supervisory experience is required. While the role demands physical stamina such as standing, walking, and moving objects up to 10 pounds, it provides a rewarding environment to grow professionally within one of the world’s leading hospitality companies.

At Atlantikos, part of the broader Marriott International family, the commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity is evident. The company fosters an environment where all associates feel valued and empowered to contribute to their fullest potential. Joining Atlantikos means becoming a part of a legacy brand renowned for its blend of classic sophistication and modern sensibility, as well as its dedication to bespoke, anticipatory service, including signature offerings like Butler Service. This is your chance to be involved with a global team dedicated to excellence in every facet of hospitality, where you can build a meaningful career and belong to a community that celebrates the unique strengths of its associates.
