Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
- Pull out chairs and place clean/current menu in front of guest
- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide assistance
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for groups with special needs
- Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins, clean silverware, and other items
- Check menus for cleanliness, currency, and availability
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and practice clean-as-you-go procedures
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
- Follow all company and safety policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome guests according to company standards
- Use clear and professional language when speaking and on telephone
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with coworkers
- Support team to reach common goals and respond appropriately to concerns
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
