W Nashville is a vibrant and upscale luxury hotel located in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. It operates under the esteemed W Hotels brand, which is part of Marriott International's extensive portfolio. Known for its bold design, cutting-edge atmosphere, and exceptional guest experiences, W Nashville offers a unique blend of high-energy environment and stylish comfort, reflecting the dynamic cultural and musical spirit of Nashville. As part of Marriott International, the hotel stands committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences while fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equal opportunity workplace for all associates. The hotel's central location at 300 12th Ave South provides guests and visitors with easy access to the city’s top attractions, making it an ideal destination for travelers seeking both luxury and convenience in the vibrant Music City.
The role being offered at W Nashville is that of a full-time non-management Food and Beverage Attendant, specifically focused on providing impeccable guest service in the dining environment. This position is pivotal in shaping memorable dining experiences by greeting guests warmly, assisting in seating arrangements, and ensuring dining areas are well-maintained and inviting. The attendant’s responsibilities are comprehensive, ranging from organizing seating and placing menus to maintaining cleanliness and monitoring guest comfort throughout their meal. Attention to detail is paramount, including ensuring place settings meet the hotel's standards and menus are pristine and up-to-date.
Success in this role requires a proactive approach to guest interaction, including speaking clearly and professionally, responding to guest needs and concerns, and supporting team-oriented goals to deliver the highest quality of service. The attendant is expected to adhere strictly to safety and security policies, demonstrate a professional appearance, and maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information. Physical requirements such as standing or walking for extended periods and handling objects under 10 pounds are part of the daily routine. This role offers the opportunity to join an inspiring, forward-thinking team that values innovation and individuality, aligning with W Hotels’ mission to ignite curiosity and expand worlds through exceptional hospitality.
Working at W Nashville means becoming part of Marriott International’s global family, where associates are encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work and grow both professionally and personally. The company’s culture promotes inclusion, respect, and a shared commitment to excellence, making it a workplace where employees can thrive. Whether you are starting your career or seeking to advance within the hospitality industry, this food and beverage position provides a valuable platform to develop skills, collaborate with a motivated team, and contribute to a globally recognized luxury brand's success.
