Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine number in party
- Seat guests by finding clean, available tables
- Pull out chairs and place clean/current menus
- Guide guests through dining rooms and offer assistance
- Arrange tables, chairs, and settings for special needs groups
- Ensure appropriate place settings with napkins and clean silverware
- Check menus for cleanliness and availability
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas practicing clean-as-you-go
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, safety, and service
- Follow all safety and security policies
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
- Welcome guests according to company standards
- Use professional language and etiquette when answering telephones
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
