Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number of people in the group
- guide guests to clean and available seats
- arrange tables, chairs, and place settings for guests including groups with special needs
- ensure proper silverware and napkins are provided
- check menus for cleanliness, updates, and completeness
- maintain cleanliness of work areas through constant cleaning procedures
- monitor seating availability, service quality, and guest safety
- comply with all company safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- support team objectives and respond to employee concerns
- perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
