Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine the number of people in the group
  • guide guests to clean and available seats
  • arrange tables, chairs, and place settings for guests including groups with special needs
  • ensure proper silverware and napkins are provided
  • check menus for cleanliness, updates, and completeness
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas through constant cleaning procedures
  • monitor seating availability, service quality, and guest safety
  • comply with all company safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • support team objectives and respond to employee concerns
  • perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
