Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • no prior related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 10 pounds
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • basic communication skills
  • ability to maintain professional appearance
  • must complete safety training and certifications

  • pull out chairs and place menus
  • assist guests through dining rooms
  • move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings
  • ensure place settings are complete and appropriate
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas
  • monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • follow company and safety policies
  • report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • complete safety training
  • maintain professional appearance
  • protect company assets
  • welcome and acknowledge guests
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • answer telephones
  • build positive working relationships with staff
  • support team goals
  • listen and respond to employee concerns
  • ensure adherence to quality standards
