Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- no prior related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 10 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine party size
- seat guests at clean, available tables
- pull out chairs and place menus
- assist guests through dining rooms
- move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings
- ensure place settings are complete and appropriate
- maintain cleanliness of work areas
- monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- follow company and safety policies
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training
- maintain professional appearance
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- communicate clearly and professionally
- answer telephones
- build positive working relationships with staff
- support team goals
- listen and respond to employee concerns
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting objects up to 10 pounds
- perform other job duties as assigned
