This role is for a full-time Non-Management position focused on greeting and seating guests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. As the first point of contact for guests, the team member is responsible for welcoming visitors, determining party size, and guiding them to appropriate seating arrangements. This includes ensuring tables are clean, arranged to accommodate group needs, and set with proper place settings such as napkins and silverware. Attention to detail is essential, including verifying the cleanliness and currency of menus and maintaining cleanliness in the work areas throughout the day.

The position demands active engagement in monitoring the dining areas to optimize seating availability and to attend to guest needs promptly. Safety and company policies are strictly adhered to, with responsibilities including reporting accidents or unsafe conditions and maintaining a professional appearance that aligns with the brand’s standards. Job Requirements

Job Duties
