Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and security policies
- No prior supervisory experience needed
- Must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine party size
- Seat guests by finding clean, available tables and preparing place settings
- Guide guests through dining rooms and assist as needed
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for groups with special needs
- Ensure menus are current, clean, and plentiful
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and practice clean-as-you-go procedures
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, safety, and guest well-being
