Job Duties

  • Receive guests and determine the size of the group
  • Seat guests by offering clean and available tables and placing updated menus
  • Guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance as needed
  • Arrange tables, chairs, and cutlery and organize seating for special groups
  • Maintain cleanliness of menus and work areas throughout the day
  • Monitor seat availability, guest service, safety, and wellbeing in dining areas
  • Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
