  • ability to wipe, sweep, and carry plates to kitchen

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests as they enter and depart the restaurant and hold the door open for guests
  • seat guests according to the established plan and guests' needs
  • keep host/hostess stand and waiting area clean
  • ensure menus remain clean and stocked
  • complete restroom checks and refill paper products in bathrooms as needed
  • sanitize and wipe down all tables and sweep the area as needed and reset the table
  • assist the servers when needed by taking the initial drink order or running food to the guests in the dining room
  • complete daily opening and closing work to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and team
