The Host at Barney's Beanery serves as a customer-focused welcoming presence, greeting patrons warmly and managing the flow of guests efficiently to optimize seating arrangements. This role requires a respectful and approachable demeanor along with strong organizational skills to handle the restaurant’s busiest times effectively. Although prior experience specifically as a restaurant host is preferred, the most important qualities are excellent customer service skills and a welcoming attitude. Familiarity with Resy, a popular reservation and seating management tool, is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. This part-time position offers hourly pay of $18.04 and involves being tipped out by the serving staff. Candidates must be available to work during weekends and holidays to accommodate peak business times. Both day and night shifts are available, and the position requires in-person attendance at the Pasadena location. Job Qualifications
