Job Description
Boca Restaurant Group is a prestigious hospitality company that proudly operates four unique and vibrant restaurant concepts: Boca, Sotto, Nada, and Domo. With locations spanning Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, and Maryland, Boca Restaurant Group has established itself as a prominent player in the restaurant industry, known for a strong commitment to quality, service, and a unique dining experience. At the heart of the company is the mantra of BPA - Blowing People Away - which captures their dedication to providing exceptional food, detailed service, and genuine hospitality. This philosophy is deeply embedded in their corporate culture and is the driving force behind their success. Boca Restaurant Group isn’t just about dining; it’s about offering a space where employees can grow professionally within a family-oriented environment, reflecting the group’s core values that foster generosity, humility, joy, integrity, commitment, continuous learning, and a true spirit of hospitality.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about hospitality to join the team as a Host within one of Boca Restaurant Group’s distinguished restaurants, Nada. Nada specializes in craveable Mexican cuisine crafted from scratch, offering unique twists on classic dishes. It provides a bright, bold, and hip atmosphere where guests can enjoy tacos, small plates, and a shared dining experience in a welcoming environment. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests and are expected to set the tone for their overall dining experience. After completing a comprehensive training program, you will engage guests with warmth and professionalism, manage reservations, assist with seating arrangements based on various factors, and maintain courteous interaction throughout the guest's visit. Your role is critical in upholding the highest standards of hospitality and fostering an atmosphere that aligns with the company’s values. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and offers a competitive hourly wage reflective of your experience. Additionally, full-time employees gain access to medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as an Employee Assistance Program to support overall well-being. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic, team-oriented settings and wish to contribute to a company that prioritizes exceptional guest experiences and employee growth.
