The restaurant represents a distinctive collaboration between the legendary fashion house Dior and three-Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn. The synergy between Dior's legacy of haute couture and innovative culinary artistry results in an exceptional à la carte menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients through artistic presentation. Dishes are thoughtfully themed around influential fashion moments and cultural references, delivering a unique dining experience in a sophisticated, high-end setting.
At Monsieur Dior, hospitality is more than service—it's an art form where every detail matters. Team members are entrusted with upholding this legacy by providing meticulous, personalized service that matches the elegance of the cuisine. The restaurant is a place where creativity, excellence, and finesse converge to create unforgettable guest experiences. The atmosphere reflects the glamour and innovation of both the fashion and culinary worlds, making it one of the most prestigious venues in Beverly Hills.
Delaware North, the parent company, is a global family-owned enterprise known for its dedication to delivering great experiences in iconic locations such as sports arenas, national parks, casinos, and more. The Patina Group’s reputation for excellence extends through every facet of its operations, including proud partnerships with celebrated brands and culinary innovators. Working at Monsieur Dior means joining a passionate team that values respect, hospitality, creativity, and a commitment to exceeding expectations every day.
The available position is for Hosts, offered on both full-time and part-time bases, with hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $24.00, exclusive of tips. Hosts play a pivotal role in shaping guests’ first impressions and managing the flow of the dining room. If you are driven by a passion for luxurious hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and guest interaction are key, this opportunity is ideal. By joining this team, you will gain invaluable experience in a luxury hospitality setting, supported by comprehensive training and development programs offered by Delaware North.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on engaging with guests and delivering a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Hosts at Monsieur Dior are expected to possess a deep knowledge of the restaurant’s offerings, VIP guest preferences, and operational systems such as reservation and seating management platforms. With flexible schedules that include nights, weekends, and holidays, the role offers a chance to be part of a prestigious hospitality legacy while enjoying a supportive and enriching work environment.
