We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hosts. This position plays a crucial role in shaping the first and last impressions our guests have during their visit. As a Host at Malfi, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment right from the moment guests arrive. You will greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements efficiently, and maintain an organized waiting list to ensure the smooth flow of service. Working collaboratively with our front-of-house team—including servers and bartenders—you will help facilitate a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Beyond guest interaction, this role also involves answering phones, handling reservations, responding to inquiries about our menu and offerings, and assisting with light administrative tasks such as taking to-go orders. Your professionalism and positive attitude will be key in addressing any guest concerns or special requests, helping us maintain our reputation for exceptional hospitality.
