This role is for a Host/Hostess, a frontline position essential to the guest experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Seat guests according to the restaurant's procedures and seating availability
- Answer telephone calls and handle reservation requests

- Provide guests with menus and restaurant information
- Assist in managing guest flow during busy periods
- Bid farewell to guests and invite them to return
