Job Requirements

Must provide a minimum of 1-year full service restaurant experience or the equivalent
must have accurate mathematic skills
knowledge of menu and specials
understanding of restaurant layout including table numbers and station numbers
must be willing and able to meet personal schedule requirements punctually
be warm, sincere, outgoing in personality
stand for long periods of time while on duty
move safely throughout all areas of the restaurant
work amidst noise in confined crowded spaces
move chairs, transport high chairs and/or booster seats to tables when necessary
work nights, weekends and holidays
