Job Requirements
- ability to provide top-notch hospitality in fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- adaptability and flexibility with scheduling
- ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritize guest requests

- operate POS systems and Open Table software
- handle cash and financial transactions accurately
- capable of standing and exerting mobility for up to 5 hours
- able to lift up to 35 pounds
- high school education required
- minimum one-year experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one-year experience in restaurant or customer service industry
- familiarity with POS systems and Open Table software
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously
- seat guests efficiently while managing waitlists
- introduce menu specials and answer guest inquiries
- manage reservations using Open Table software
- handle cash and financial transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
