Job Requirements

  • ability to provide top-notch hospitality in fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
  • adaptability and flexibility with scheduling
  • ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritize guest requests
  • embrace company core values and standards
  • operate POS systems and Open Table software
  • handle cash and financial transactions accurately
  • capable of standing and exerting mobility for up to 5 hours
  • able to lift up to 35 pounds
  • high school education required
  • minimum one-year experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one-year experience in restaurant or customer service industry
  • familiarity with POS systems and Open Table software
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

  • greet guests promptly and courteously
  • seat guests efficiently while managing waitlists
  • introduce menu specials and answer guest inquiries
  • manage reservations using Open Table software
  • handle cash and financial transactions accurately
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
