Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- manage reservations and seating using Open Table (Guest Center)
- coordinate guest flow between the dining room and patio
- communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff
- maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with kindness and maturity
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host station
