Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED preferred
- good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills
- able to interact professionally with other customers and team members
- able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- good judgment and decision making abilities
- able to spend 100% of working time standing, walking, and reaching
- capable of pushing, pulling and lifting objects
- able to maintain body equilibrium in challenging environments
- able to climb ladders, stairs, and ramps
- able to carry loads greater than 35 pounds frequently
- able to communicate clearly with customers
- able to hear sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction
- specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a personable, genuine, upbeat, and unique greeting
- control the flow of traffic and maintain a clean atmosphere
- perform the role of a Host including managing seating and monitoring wait times
- know menu details, drink specials, and credit card policies
- open and hold doors for customers
- provide excellent service and maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout the shift
- assist bussers, servers, and bartenders with various support tasks
- complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework
- maintain a safe, sanitary, and secure environment
- notify managers of customer complaints
- perform any other tasks assigned by a manager
