This pivotal role is critical to delivering a seamless, sophisticated introduction to the Dior experience. The Host will cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that every guest’s arrival is met with elegance and thoughtful attention. Serving as the first point of contact, the Host plays an essential role in setting the tone of the visit by greeting clients with poise and professionalism, discerning the intent behind their visit, and guiding them efficiently to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors or services.

This position involves a blend of attentive client service, detailed knowledge of Dior’s collections, heritage, and exclusive offerings, and proficiency in boutique technology. The Host is responsible for managing boutique traffic discreetly while maintaining an orderly and inviting ambiance that reflects Dior’s luxury status. Additionally, the Host supports special events and clienteling initiatives, contributing to the overall boutique presentation and client satisfaction. With a salary range of $20-25 per hour and eligibility for bonuses, the role offers competitive compensation aligned with the candidate’s experience and skills.
