Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a guest service role preferred
- familiarity with online reservation systems
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to stay composed under pressure
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand and lift as needed

- Experience in customer service or hospitality

- ability to manage technology systems like Resy
- friendly and welcoming personality
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- manage reservations and seating arrangements
- operate waitlist technology and reservation systems
- recognize regular guests and accommodate their preferences
- reset and prepare tables according to restaurant standards
- thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
- assist team members and maintain a smooth front-of-house flow
