Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months restaurant experience
- Valid Washington State food handler's card
- Ability to make correct change and calculate daily receipts
- Good grooming habits and manners with ability to provide excellent guest service
- Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
- Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- Must tolerate a smoke filled environment
- Ability to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- Must obtain Class III B gaming license
- Pre-employment drug testing required
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work all scheduled shifts including holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter the dining venues
- Maintain reservations and assign tables to service staff
- Calculate daily receipts accurately
- Ensure the host-hostess area is stocked and cleaned at all times
- Find suitable seating for guests efficiently
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager
- Provide superior guest service with good grooming and manners
